Training for the Gay Games

So I'm final starting my serious training since moving to BC. At the moment I'm doing split workouts (practical and weight training), and building up the intensity slowly.

Training

-Speed training at UBC with sprint coach.
-Advancement on my overall arm strength.
-Increased torso strength.
-Continual leg development, although not overdoing it. In the last year I'm over built my legs. My jumping height has dramatically increases and my ratio of leg:arm strength isn't proportionate. Leg pressing 540kg isn't helping hahaha.
